1. The service

NotifyBMS forwards alarm emails from your building management system to the people you choose, by SMS and phone call, and provides a web portal to manage people and see the alarm history. The details of your plan, price and number of sites are set in your quote or agreement.

2. What the service is not

NotifyBMS is an extra notification channel. It does not replace your fire alarm system, life-safety systems, on-site security or the monitoring duties required by law or by your contracts. Delivery of SMS and calls depends on mobile networks, the internet, the alarm phone and your BMS, which are outside our control.

3. Your responsibilities

• Keep the alarm phone on charge with a working SIM that has credit for SMS and calls.
• Keep the site PC switched on (for the on-site option) and the internet connection available.
• Keep the list of people up to date and make sure they agree to receive alarms.
• Keep your portal passwords private.

4. Payment

Fees are payable as stated in your quote. We may pause the service if invoices are not paid after a reminder.

5. Licence

We give you the right to use the NotifyBMS software and portal for your sites during your subscription. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the software.

6. Liability

We work to keep the service reliable and tell you about problems we detect. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for alarms that are delayed or not delivered because of networks, devices, power or third-party services. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last three months.

7. Ending the service

Either side can end the service with 30 days' written notice. Data is deleted as described in our privacy policy.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
